Create a free SZOPly account

Register at app.szoply.com. No credit card required. The Free plan gives you access to basic analytics immediately.

Generate read-only API credentials in your store

Follow the platform-specific guide below — Shoper WebAPI or WooCommerce REST API. Takes about 3 minutes. Only read permissions — SZOPly never modifies your data.

Add your store in SZOPly panel

Go to Stores → Add store, enter your store URL and API credentials. SZOPly will verify the connection instantly.

Run the first sync and explore your data

Click "Sync" — depending on your order volume, data appears in the panel within a few minutes. Your first AI weekly report will be ready next Monday.

Shoper — WebAPI setup

SZOPly connects to Shoper via the built-in WebAPI module. No plugins needed.

  1. Log in to your Shoper admin panel at yourstore.shoper.pl/admin
  2. Navigate to Store → Advanced settings → WebAPI → WebAPI Users
  3. Click "Add WebAPI user", set name to SZOPly
  4. Enable Read permissions only for: Customers (users), Customer addresses, Orders, Products, Order statuses
  5. Save and copy the login and password — visible only once!
  6. In SZOPly: Stores → Add store → enter store URL (without https://), login and password
⚠ī¸ Read-only: SZOPly only reads data — never modifies anything in your store.
✅ Done! SZOPly will start the first sync automatically. Data appears within a few minutes.

WooCommerce — REST API setup

SZOPly connects to WooCommerce via the built-in REST API. Requires WooCommerce 6.0+ and HTTPS.

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin at yourstore.com/wp-admin
  2. Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API
  3. Click "Add key", set description to SZOPly, set permissions to Read
  4. Click "Generate API key" and copy both keys — Consumer Key (ck_...) and Consumer Secret (cs_...)
  5. In SZOPly: Stores → Add store → WooCommerce → enter store URL (with https://), Consumer Key, Consumer Secret
  6. Click "Test connection", then "Sync"
ℹī¸ Requirements: WooCommerce 6.0+, HTTPS enabled. No plugins needed.
💡 If REST API is not accessible, go to WP Admin → Settings → Permalinks and click Save (refreshes rules without changes).

Frequently asked questions

Can SZOPly modify data in my store?

No. SZOPly uses read-only API access. The "Read" permission physically prevents any modifications to your store data.

Which platforms does SZOPly support?

Currently Shoper and WooCommerce. PrestaShop and BaseLinker are coming soon.

Can I connect multiple stores?

Yes. Free/Standard: 1 store, Premium: up to 5 stores, Enterprise: unlimited. Each store is configured separately.

How often does SZOPly sync data?

Standard: once per day, Premium: every 6 hours, Enterprise: every hour. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime from the panel.

How long does the initial sync take?

Typically 2–15 minutes depending on order volume. For large stores (50k+ orders), the first sync may take up to 30 minutes. Subsequent syncs are much faster (incremental).

Is my store data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, API credentials are encrypted at rest, and SZOPly is multi-tenant isolated — no other user can access your data.
